This simple lead time system allows all members to see the current availabilities of other members. Members showing a green light are able to take on more work, a member showing a yellow light is expressing they are filling up with a longer lad time and the members with a red light are at full capacity of a work load.  Members can change this light whenever they want to reflect their availability, on their info page there is a section that says last updated and will give a date and time.
