WE ARE
Inspectors that do walk-throughs do not ask questions about the build, they simply inspect and send an acceptance or changes that need to be change for current code to that trade.
Customer has agreed to be home for all inspections and meet with inspector without a Kopke representative. If a Kopke representative needs to be present, $150 fee per inspection will be added with an automatic Change Order. Often times inspectors instruct someone of age to be at your home with a 4 hour window associated with waiting for these inspections.

Renovation project can be initiated by the clients. If you need to reconstruct your old house, a room or a basement, you need to appeal to us, approve the project and budget and we’ll start working.
